These 3 layers are glued to shape an unique body, which is the lining itself. In any case, this kind of linings are rigid so that the adaptability of the user`s foot is quite limited and as a result, these ankle boots are uncomfortable or can even cause injuries.
WHAT IS PLEXBALL SYSTEM FOR?
It improves the ankle boot`s adaptability to the user´s feet morphology, avoiding discomfort when skiing. At the same time, it precisely transmits every movement to the boots so that the user does not lose control.
Plexball system is revolutionary as the inner lining embeds a cavity filled with expanded polyurethane bubbles that provides better comfort and adaptability to the user´s feet.
HOW IT WORKS
When inserting the foot, it will press the sides and the front, the fabrics will move and generate a deformation that will expel the air out. The higuer the pressure, the higuer the amount of air that will be expelled or the cavity. As a result, the polyurethane bubbles will be reallocated to the empty spaces performing the perfect adaptability to the outline of the foot; the closing of the membranes or air will cause an emptiness, the boot will be a rigid structure, but absolutely adapted to the user´s foot morphology.
